Migration Agent | Migration Clerk

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Migration Agent or Migration Clerk to join our team. 

The successful candidate will be required to manage complex and sensitive files efficiently and effectively. We often deal with clients during some of the most emotional times of their lives. The successful candidate will need to be able to exhibit interpersonal skills while ensuring file progression. 

Experience

Candidates will require the following experience:

• Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice or equivalent (students are welcome to apply);
• Registered Migration Agent (RMA) (preferred);
• Drafting various visa applications;
• Experience dealing with complex and sensitive matters; 
• Experience in briefing and instructing counsel (highly regarded).

• Strong legal research skills;
• Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced dynamic environment;

• Bilingual (preferred).
